Event Description:
7-day intensive (42 hours)
saturday, june 30th – friday, july 6th 2012
Each day will include a 2-hour morning practice as well as 4 hours of teaching skills and practicing adjustment techniques.
Come prepared to teach to your peers and to deepen your skills in lesson planning, breaking down intermediate and advanced poses as well as learning language techniques for better teaching results.
admission requirements:
. Completed 200-hour essential teacher training with Hart Lazer
. Completed advanced teacher training level 1 with Hart Lazer and wants to take part in the advanced teacher training level 1 (part 2).
. Application required and permission only by Hart Lazer if you do not have any of the above.
schedule:
daily: 9h00am –12h00pm, lunch, 1h30pm – 4h30pm
fees:
$400 + tax, paid in full by April 15th, 2012
$700 + tax, paid in full after April 15th, 2012
Hart Lazer is co-owner of United Yoga Montreal and internationally recognized as a teacher of yoga teachers. Systematic, profound, thorough, sensitive and challenging, he is a master at teaching the mechanics of asana, having studied closely with Iyengar teacher Ramanand Patel for many years and undertaken a serious study of Ashtanga yoga. Hart Lazer offers his students the experience gained from his unique life story, from boyhood in a Jewish rabbinical school through a career in counseling and over 25 years as a yoga teacher and practitioner. In recent years Hart has explored the effects of Buddhism, yoga and trauma on the body and has developed a multi-dimensional approach to working with human difficulties.
