Event Description:

TEACHER TRAINING IN PERSONAL GROWTH FOR YOGA TEACHERS - École Satyam de Hatha Yoga -with Hervé Blondon
A responsible teacher is not just a perfect yogi in postural alignment but should also be a sensitive guide for his students.
During this training we will explore in the morning the chakras to understand the emotional knots that individuals can express. Exercices will be given to balance them and understand our personal relation with us and others.
In the afternoon, we will practice simple personal growth exercices to work out our patterns, habits and then to understand others ways of going through life. We will understand how to guide students in crises through private councelling.
If you are not just interested in becoming a master of postures but also exploring the human expressions, this training will answer your needs.
