Event Description:
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURS (YTTC) is a four week residential course on Hatha Yoga. The course presents a systematic approach to classical hathayoga practices of including Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Relaxation, Kriya and Meditation. Suitable for newcomers to yoga, it is not necessary for the student to have any prior knowledge or experience of yoga. Classes start at the Beginners’ Level and progress through to the Intermediate Level.
ADVANCE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE (AYTTC) is a unique course, designed for only the most serious and dedicated yoga teachers and aspirants. The student of this course should be a regular practitioner of basic any style of Yoga. The course aims to emphasise a deeper understanding of Classical Hatha Yoga system follow by various sequence & styles, incorporating a 70% practical and 30% theoretical course structure.
Our educational system is based on the gurukulam system (traditional way of Indian teaching) in which students live in an ashram while studying under the guidence of a master teacher. We offer excellent training in teaching skills which prepare students to be competent and confident yoga instructors. The aim of our education is to guide our student to deepen their understanding of yoga and its practical application in every day life. In this way, Yoga becomes both a transition and a transformation for the devoted yoga student.
Note:
Course open for all levels of students, even very begginer in yoga can participate Admission limited for 20 students.
The whole course is running in a peacefull atmospher at ashram in kerala(India).
Course Fee Include Course materials ,food & Accomdation.
Upon successful completion of the course, each student will receive a diploma in their area of study. Our diploma is valued and internationally recognized certification presented by the International vasishta yoga research foundation.
