Studio Description:

True North Insight is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that offers a full schedule of insight meditation retreats in English and French. The centre is dedicated to teaching Insight Meditation, a core practice of Theravada Buddhism. Insight meditation is a means to cultivate wisdom, peace, compassion and awakening. True North Insight welcomes all, for the benefit of all. Weekly Meditation Sessions Sundays 3:00 to 5:00pm Padua Centre 1950 St. Antoine West. All are welcome. There is no fixed charge for this event. You are invited to make a donation to help cover costs and to support the teacher. Residential Retreats For the full schedule of residential retreats ranging from weekends to 10-days please visit
