The Art of Living Foundation is an international volunteer-based NGO active in over 140 countries. The mission of this non-profit organization is to promote peace through service projects and personal development programs that allow individuals to enhance the quality of their lives.
THE SUDARSHAN KRIYA
An ancient breathing technique for today’s stressful life.
One of the central elements of Art of Living workshops is an initiation into the practice of Sudarshan Kriya. This powerful breathing technique helps eliminate stress, rejuvenates the body’s organs and systems, transforms negative emotions, and restores inner peace.
According to the age-old science of yoga, toxins that we accumulate in the cells weaken the body and lead to disease. Sudarshan Kriya oxygenates the cells and flushes out toxins. Physically, the cells are revitalized; emotionally, balance and well-being settle in.
