Studio Description:

True North Insight Meditation Centre Sundays 3:00 to 5:00pm All are welcome. There is no fixed charge for this event. You are invited to make a donation to help cover costs and to support the teacher. True North Insight is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that offers a full schedule of insight meditation retreats in English and French. The center is dedicated to teaching insight meditation, a core practice of Theravada Buddhism. Insight meditation is a means to cultivate wisdom, peace, compassion and awakening. True North Insight welcomes all, for the benefit of all.
