Studio Description:

Hatha Yoga School Satyam was established by Hervé Blondon in 2002 and is managed with Lidija Segon. The school offer different courses of traditional hatha yoga in the Iyengar tradition. Hervé and Lidija have been certified by François Raoult director of the 'Open Sky' yoga school of Rochester (USA) and by Sannyasi Vishnuswaroop, director of the 'divine Institute' Yoga school of the Satyananda tradition (NEPAL). Hervé studied also with Elise Miller the Yoga for Scoliosis. Regular classes are given during the week, including hatha yoga from beginner to advanced level, meditation courses and prenatal yoga along with Hormonal Yoga workshops. Props and Yoga wall of ropes are available to ease the process of learning asanas. The school is specialized in teachers training in Hatha Yoga and Prenatal Yoga which are given every year and recognized by Yoga Alliance and Francophone Federation along with the International Federation of Yoga. The mission of the school is to offer a space where students of all ages can come and practice in peace to become closer to themselves.
