Hatha and Restorative/Relaxation offered for individuals or small groups. Prenatal at home offered for moms-to-be in private sessions or with a birthing partner. • PWYC (pay what you can) classes held often Offering Yoga for all levels of ability. Modifications and variations are offered as a way of helping each person discover their own unique Yoga. All classes taught by Becky Todor, B.F.A, CYT. Certified in Hatha, Prenatal and Restorative Yoga and presently an ambassador for Lululemon St. Denis.
