Event Description:

This yoga teacher training is offered for everyone who wants to learn yoga asana along with yogic philosophy. It will develop a better understanding of your own practice and develop the ability to transmit your knowledge to students.
A regular practice (2 to 3 times a week) for at least a year is recommended.
