United Yoga has moved across Ste Catherine to find a new space. The new space is on the 2nd floor at 460 St-Catherine St. West, suite 208 (2nd floor). "There is almost twice as much space, in two studios, and we have installed the Great Yoga Wall in both studios," says Kelly McGrath, one of the four partners of United Yoga. "We are now facing the beautiful stained glass window of Saint James United Church," she adds.



The new studio will be inaugurated on Sunday, September 25, with a free open house featuring special yoga classes, an inspirational dharma talk on Buddhist Meditation by Ken McLeod – renowned teacher and author of An Arrow To The Heart and Wake Up To Your Life, and a Jazz Celebration featuring Kim Zombik.
