Welcome to YogaMontreal
We are interested in everything about yoga in Montreal: from classes to workshops, yoga mats to meditation shawls, kirtans to classes in the park. There is so much going on in our city and region.
Since 2001, Yogamontreal.com has maintained a directory of many different styles and traditions of yoga being taught in our region. We also cover events, workshops, teacher trainings and yoga business, and anything else you might want to know.
You can also read many articles about the Montreal yoga community in the YogaMontreal weblog.
