Méditation - An Open Window into Being
Every wednesday at 7:15pm
A meditation is held on the Plateau Mont-Royal every Wednesday at 7:00pm. In the spirit of exchange, of sharing, a voluntary contribution is appreciated, as much as one
can contribute. Welcome everyone.
The action of meditation can be simply understood as a moment to moment allowing, an opening full of curiosity to everything that arises, both inwardly and outwardly.
Just as it is with Reality which manifests, supports and holds everything with no judgment and no rejection, by being intimately present to all that happens in ourselves
without holding on to or pushing anything away, we give ourselves the possibility to see things as they are and thus realize their nature—both the nature of those that
limit us as of those, more profound and essential, which make up this vast and rich Reality at once source, presence and substance of all goodness.
BERNARD GUY has been practicing meditation for over 30 years. Trained in Rebirthing, a polyvalent craftsman and musician, he lived in India for 8 years where
he had the opportunity to deepen his experience with numerous teachers embodying various approaches to human develop-ment, both contemporary and traditional—including
Osho, H. W. L. Poonjaji and Sufi Baba

Dance Meditation evenings
Dance Meditation evenings are taking place every other Friday from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Dancing is a means of expression, an open door on a variety of possibilities to explore life and spirituality, connecting all of us to the sacred. When our body becomes energized by movement, we feel its vitality and it is no longer a solid mass since the form becomes flowing and ever changing. Our body is like a vehicle with a strong ability to express what words cannot translate. While our attention is focused on movement and not the ego, it is possible to express our true self in the present moment. This meditative state allows us to transcend the ego and its judgment, in order to live the spiritual power in the physical world.
Allow yourself to be free, all with pleasure and simplicity.
